Our very significant relationships within the broader property industry have provided benefits throughout network deployment through shorter acquisition timescales and greater certainty at project initiation about acceptable commercial parameters to guide deployment strategy.

We have particularly focussed our capacity on skills that are complementary to those of our clients.  We additionally have developed significant relationships with and understanding of the other technical disciplines which are necessary for successful network deployment.

• Site acquisition – we identify existing or new sites that satisfy the technical requirements of the network planning team and the land use and environmental context of the sites.  We provide comprehensive analysis of existing infrastructure through our database of more than 4,000 telecoms sites we have acquired in Australia and New Zealand over the last 16 years.
• Negotiation – our speciality is negotiating on behalf of clients, commercial terms with landowners which satisfy both parties and provide a timely outcome.  We recognise in all our telecommunications work that time is of the essence.
• Project management – building on our heritage as development and project managers we have undertaken significant projects where we led the team of design, planning and legal service providers to deliver seamless network deployment for clients.
• International recognition – we have operated a telecommunications business in the United Kingdom since 2003 providing site acquisition services.  This expansion was driven by the clear comparative advantage we identified in our depth of experience and capacity to adapt that knowledge to a new and larger market.
• Mobilisation – typically large telecoms network deployment projects require rapid mobilisation of large teams of skilled people.  We have built a strong reputation for our capacity to deliver operating teams within two weeks of project initiation.
