The first building block of our multi-discipline business was as development managers based in Canberra.  We have enhanced our skills and expanded our team to include professionals in construction, architecture, land economy and town planning.

We offer clients our range of services and people for projects initiated by clients, in an oversight role for clients as owners, for developer projects being undertaken on a takeout basis and for clients in joint ventures. We undertake complex and challenging projects across Australia.

In summary our services include:

• Project initiation – we seek resolution to client objectives by developing comprehensive project briefs and detailing transaction and site specific issues.  We help ensure that projects are structured to best suit client circumstances including resolution of appropriate funding mechanics.  We undertake market and project economic analysis with forward looking views which also capture appropriate risk management.

• Design Management – our emphasis is on cost analysis and management relative to build ability, programme control and always measured against the client brief and project economics.  We utilise our town planning group to undertake authority negotiation approvals.

• Construction – We coordinate and manage tender processes and make recommendations about form of contract and programme.  We provide oversight and certification of payment and in conjunction with other specialists provide technical and quality control.  We lead project control groups and ensure focus remains on programme and budget.

• Completion – We coordinate final authority and other approvals and manage the rectification of defects.  

Throughout any project we provided detailed financial analysis and programme reviews against project baselines and budgets.
